Vandana Nagar is basically a residential area with a many residential apartments in the vicinity. Some of them are Swapnil Apartment, Gangotri Apartment, Siddharth Apartment, Golden Palace Apartment, Perk ll Apartment, Classic Corner, and Classic Home. The presence of these apartments makes this locality quite safe for families , especially those with small kids.

Medical facilities which are a must in every locality are thankfully decent in this locality as well. Some nice hospitals include Child Care Centre, Shakuntala Devi Hospital and Research Centre, Sri Vaishav Hospital, Laxmi Medical, and Geeta Bhawan Hospital.

The properties in this project are priced at a reasonable, and quite frankly cheap Rs 2400 per sq ft. This price is actually very decent, and given that the area is bound the develop in the future these prices are bound to increase in the future.

The area has a pretty decent state of road connectivity. Some major roads passing through the locality include Eastern Ring Road, Vandana Nagar Main Road, Kanadia Road, Pipliya Road, and Gowthra Highway. These roads also ushered in some development in the area.

I understand your worries but let me assure you there is nothing to be concerned about. The locality is quite nice and definitely suitable for families. The area is situated in the eastern parts of the city, and has neighboring localities like Sainath Colony, Geeta Colony, Padmavati Colony, Payal Vatika, Pipliyahana, and Ganesh Dham
