DId you know that the locality has a average property price of Rs 3200 per sq ft, which is quite decent, don't you think? I mean taking in the locality which is very strategically located, the prices seem fair to me.

While mostly comprising of individual houses, the locality also has a few residential apartments in the vicinity, that give it a safer feel. They include Anubhuti Apartment, Talreja Builders, Anmol Towers Society, Dutta Apartment, and Rajat Vihar Apartment.

Yeah Rahul, it's always good to gather as much information as you can before making any decision. Usha Nagar is quite nice, and is situated in the central parts of the city. It is surrounded by localites Scheme No-71, Sai Baba Colony, Nai Duniya, Bank Colony, and Chattribagh.
