Information about Noorani Nagar locality in Indore
Q: I'm Nitish, How is the Noorani Nagar locality you guys? I got a decent job offer next to that place and wanted to ask around before actually moving in.
While school availabilty is average, hospitals are downright bad. You will have to travel a lot to get to the nearest hospital. Some of them are District Government Hospital, Cloth Market Hospital, Arihant Hospital and Research Centre, and Mahaveer Hospital.
I would personally describe the social infrastructure as average. Some of the nearest schools in the area are Baadri School, Marshi Goutam School, SKD Public School, City Star Public School, The Vidhyanjali Public School, and City Star Convent School.
In terms of road connectivity, the area is pretty decent in my opinion. Some of the major roads connecting it to the rest of the city are Dhar Road, Western Ring Road, and Netaji Subhash Marg. These roads realy aided the development pattern around the area.
The Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport is situated at a distance of approx 6.4 km from the locality and can be reached via Airport Road. Also the Indore Junction is located around 8 km away and is connected via NH- 59.
The prices are pretty decent from what i have heard. The current average property prices in the region are around Rs 2500 per sq ft. I think that these prices are reasonable enough since the locality is well connected to the city.

I have been living in Noorani Nagar for the last 9 years ,and my personal experience has been pretty good. The area is situated in the south west parts of the city, and is surrounded by localities like Green Park Colony, Chandan Nagar, Loknayak Nagar, Sinhasa, Sirpur, and Dwarakapuri.
