Exactly, I am a resident of this locality. I have also seen some very good residential plots also here. Many plots are very high priced. In a couple of years, this locality will be fully saturated. Now the price of the plots is around rs. 1000 per square feet.

yeah..for the individual houses that you find here, the price is also quite similar to that of apartments. The minimum price of the houses are around rs. 2500 per square feet and the price can also go as high as rs. 4000 per square feet in case it is near to the main road or the town.

If you want to know about the price of the apartments in this region, I'll try to give you a general idea about this. I came to know that the price of the apartment is around rs. 3500 per square feet to rs. 4500 per square feet for the base price. This is somewhat higher than many regions in Kochi as it is a prime residential location, but, considering to the location and the facilities here, this is a good price.

i think that you can find many good apartments in this locality. The locality is a pure residential locality, so there wont be much problems and you can live there peacefully. There are some very good apartments like the Shanthi Apartments, Bhatson Endeur apartments, Santhi Pavana apartments, as well as Aishwarya Towers are some of the good apartments of this area.

I think that this locality provides a very good peaceful environment in the area. It is very near to the city region of Kochi. That is why, this is a very good option for working professional also. Individual houses and apartments are the dominant type of property in this region.

Yeah..that's true. I also want to tell about the airport connectivity of this region. In case, you are a frequent traveller by flight to international or domestic destinations in this region, then I think that this is easily possible via the Cochin International Airport. The airport is just 45 minutes away from here.

I think along with the connectivity via road to various area inside Kochi, you should also see that there are some very good connectivity to far away destinations also in India. This is because the Ernakulam Junction south railway station is near to this locality. I think the distance is only around 6 or 7 km from here.

I came to know that the commercial set up of this region is also not that good because it is a residential area. But, you know, there is a very small developing town coming up towards the main road. There you can see many stationaries, groceries, automobile shops as well as electrical shops here.

Oh..if you are talking about the health care institutes and the health infrastructure of this area, one thing is that there are not many hospitals in the locality though you can see that the Thannikkapilly Homeo Hospital is very near to this area. You can also see some other hospitals like Punarnava Ayurvedic Hospital, Corporation Homeo Clinic etc nearby only. Some of the popular hospitals in the city are also easily accessible from here.

I am of the opinion that the social infrastructure of this region is not that great anyway. You cannot see many schools or institutes inside this locality. But, there are some good and reputed schools in the nearby localities like St. Joseph's School, SIP Kadavanthra, Valsan Memorial International Schools, Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Luiz Academy etc.

One of the very good things I liked about this residential locality is its connectivity.Connectivity is not an issue here. There are many main roads as well as link roads that passes near to the locality such as the South Panampilli Nagar Road, KP Vallon Road, Yuvajana Samajam Road, Smarto road, Vidya Nagar Road etc.

I think that the locality of Priyadarshini Nagar is very well developed residential housing colony in Kochi. You know, it is near to many popular areas in Kochi area like the Nethaji Nagar, Shasthri Nagar, Kadavanthra, Panampilli Nagar and so on.
