For information about the price of plots in this locality, I think, I can provide you with some info. There are lots of plots available in this region. for information about the plots and all in this area, I think that the price is around rs. 400 square feet to rs. 800 per square feet.

You know..the dominant type of property that you see here is individual houses as well as villa type apartments. If you are planning to take on any of these, then, I want to inform you about the price here. from what I came to know, the price of the houses is around rs. 2667 per square feet to rs. 4274 per square feet.

I got to know that the price of the apartments is very cheap in comparison to the other parts of Kochi no? Recently, I came to know that the price of the apartments is around rs. 2500 per square feet to rs. 3500 per square feet.

I think that the locality of Edampaadam has some very good hospitals and a good health infrastructure also. You can see the Varapuzha Health Centre in this area itself. Moreover, there are also some other good hospitals in the nearby areas such as UB Trust Hospital, Carmel Medical Centre, Hospital Jetty Ferry, Aster Medcity, etc are nearby only.

Hi, I am of the opinion that the locality has some good social infrastructure, especially, the schools and all. For schools, I think you can find many schools like the Holy Infants Boys High School, Chirakkakam Government Upper Primary school, Bhavans Vidya Mandir, etc in and around the area.

Hey, the connectivity to the cochin international airport is also very easily accessible from here. You can reach this region via the National Highway 47 and the Airport road also. The distance between the locality and the airport is around 26 km from here.

Yeah..that's true..I think that the Edapally Railway station is very near to this region. You can see that the distance to this station is like 8.8 km from here. The Ernakulam Junction south railway station is around 20 km from here. but, for travelling to longer distance by train, you have to access this region, itself.

I think that the connectivity is very good here, no..I know that the locality is near to the Edapally-Panvel Highway and you can see some very easy connectivity to the ICT Road also. There are many link roads that connect this locality to the other regions such as the Church Landing Road, etc.

You know, Edampaadam is actually a very good locality for residential purposes. It is towards the north of Kochi city. Some of the nearby areas to this locality are Varapuzha, Chennur, Kothad, Cheranalloor, Kadamakkudy, Eloor, etc.
