yeah..actually, the plots are one thing that is good for the investment purposes here. You know, the price of the plots in this region is around rs. 500 per square feet to rs. 1000 rupees per square feet. the price is slightly higher near to the Athani Paravoor road.

The health infrastrucure and the health care system is also a very important aspect of every area, i think. In this locality and in the nearby areas, you can find some good hospitals such as Government hospital, Pius XII hospital, Chaithram Cares Hospital, Top Most medical Centre, Primary Health Centre, Karumalloor Hospital, etc.

Hey, I think that the price of the individual houses as well as the villa type houses in this locality are also increasing. Most of the property here are these individual houses only. I think that the price of the houses here is around 8 lakh rupees per cent to rs. 12 lakh rupees per cent.

Hi, the price of the property in this region is increasing year after year. In the last phase of 2014, i think, the price of the apartments here was estimated at an approximately 2800 rupees per square feet to 3438 per square feet.

The social infrastructure is another thing that is very important for every locality. This area has a very good social infrastructure, especially in the case of schools and all. There are some good schools in this locality are slamic School, KV School, AIS School, Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Sciences and Technology, Little hearts school etc.

One of the best things that I like about this locality is the proximity to the Cochin International Airport from here. I think that for regular travellers via flights, this is a very good locality. It is only 13 km from here and you can reach here in around half an hour.

Yeah..the same thing is about the connectivity via the railway here. You know, the nearest railway station to this region is the Aluva railway station, which is very near to this locality. But, sometimes, many trains do not stop here. A major railway station of Kochi is the Ernakulam Junction South Railway station. The distance to this railway station is around 30 km.

I think that one of the main things about this region is its good connectivity. The Athani Paravoor road gives connectivity to this region to various other places in Kochi, especially via the Edapally Panvel Highway that is connected to this road near to the North Paravoor region.

One thing I am sure about this locality is that this is a pure residential area with many individual houses and all around. You can also see a couple of resorts over here. There are not many apartments around. And moreover the population here is a mix of farmers as well as the working professionals.
