Q: I am sure that some of you might have bought / might be in process of buying a house. I am just introduced to the real estate territory to buy house for my family. I am looking at a new property with 2 - 3 BHK and parking. Can somebody in this forum help me out with a checklist to be followed and approached to buy a home? Also advise me on the selection of banks based on interest rates and loan amount and the repayment period. Your experience will be highly valuable for me to select banks appropriately. Please advise
