Is the given charges are correct?

Q: Hello All,

I have booked a flat of Cost Rs. 9,41,000 at Indore, M.P., at Talawali chanda which is not in Indore Nagar Palika.

Now at the time of registration builder is saying me following charges:
MPEB Rs. 25000
Enrollment Rs. 3000
Meter Charge Rs. 7200

ST 12.36% on flat cost Rs. 29077
Vat Tax 5% on flat cost Rs. 44950

Stamp Duty 9% Rs. 84690

Please help me to understand weather its correct or not. I am buying property first time so dont have any idea about this.

Hi , it is good that builder have given clear idea of payment plan , some builder will split up this charge and take separate without hiding any thinks and in some case builder will charge this cost under the head maintenance charge .
