Can anyone share the payment plan of Kritan Asta and also please let me know how much is the booking amount?

For 2 bhk apartment the booking amount is Rs 1 lakh and for 3 bhk it is 1.5 lakhs.

Payment Plan: On execution of Agreement (Basic Cost, PLC and Floor rise) after deducting booking amount 14%
As per Progress of Work:
On Foundation 12%
On Plinth 10%
On Slab-1 8%
On Slab-2 8%
On Slab-3 8%
On Slab-4 8%

There are 30 units in this project: 1) 10 units of 3 bhk ( 1350) 2) 5 units of 2+Study ( 1200) 3) 10 units of 2 bhk ( 1100 and 1000) 4) 5 units of 1 bhk ( 700). The builder is offering very basic amenities in this project.

Cool!! When is the project getting completed and who all has approved the project? How much is the rate per sqft going on?

The project is ready to move in and they are going to hand over the apartments to the owners by May. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3100 and it has been approved by Panchayat and CanFin Homes.
