Hi Sarvesh,
They are new builder in Mumbai and will try to leave good impression in Pune's realty market. But remember one thing that precaution is better than cure. If you are planning to buy property in their project, check all the legal approvals, see the connectivity of the locality, infrastructure development and civic facilities of the locality, banks approvals etc. for a safe buy.
