The project offers amenities such as landscaped children's play area, well equipped modern gym, swimming pool, a mini indoor stadium for indoor games, rain water harvesting system, jogging track, oxygen park, shuttle court etc.

How much will a 2 bhk cost me? Where exactly is the project located and how many units, floors, blocks are there?

As per my knowledge, a 2 bhk apartment in this project will cost your in between Rs 40 lakhs to Rs 52 lakhs.

The project is located at Hagaduru Village, Near Shiva Temple, Behind Forum Value Mall. There will be 292 units with combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. There will be 4 blocks and S+G+3 floors.

Hello Badrinath, Even I have inquired about the project and the booking is open. The booking amount is Rs 1 lakh. The project is under construction and the expected possession is by 2016. BBMP and banks like HDFC, LIC, SBI, State Bank of Mysore have approved the project.

@ Himanshu, It was told to me that Block A and B will be completed by 2015 end and the construction has been started in these blocks.

Block C and D will be completed by mid of 2016

What is the rate per sqft going on? How is the connectivity? What about Bhoomi pooja?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3700. The project is well connected. Bhoomi Pooja, soil test, water bore and fencing is done.

It is 4 kms from ORR, 700 mts from Whitefield value Mall
