Look for any otrher property other than ithaka skylark. they had cheated many investors, with atractive scemes, but the have not strarted construction of other towewrs. booking of falts had been done for tower 3, and bank has paid them amount( a nexus between bank officials) making the investors pay emi for something not yet started. What they show you now is already sold to many, tower 3, 3 and 4 are sold. b
Check everything before invest. go with reputed people. Already bsewveral cases against this buiulder
Thanks Venkat for sharing the link. Recently I came to know that you can book a property in Skylark Ithaca by paying 5% now and no EMI's till possession and they are also assuring that the home buyers will be 76 % returns in 3 years. What you have to say about that.
Skylark Ithaca is one of the large development in Whitefield area with approx 2400 apt. Good amenities, looks very good. But execution is the key challange and completion time. Once done would be a great investment. Got resale unit at 3850/- base cost. investor unit - 2bhk inside facing.
Currently the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4183. Pay just Rs. 2.80* Lakhs now and own a 1 BHK apartments. Pay just Rs. 4.7* Lakhs now and own a 2 BHK apartments and Pay just Rs. 5.8* Lakhs now and own a 3 BHK Apartments.
If you ask me then yes it is a good buy for investment as well as for end use.
