I liked the project and we are planning to book an apartments in the same as it is close to my office also. I want to know about the approvals and the current price per sqft going on?

The project is known to be approved by banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, Tata Capital, ICICI, Axis, Corporation, Indiabulls. Bangalore Development Authority has approved the project. Presntlt the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3500.

Cauvery water connect is not there yet but the builder is providing bore wells for water supply. There will be 150 flats in this project.

The project seems to be good and builder is also having good reputation. Are you buying property for investment purpose or for end use?

It is for my personal use :) :) How much will a 2 bhk cost me and when can I expect the possession?

The starting price of a 2 bhk is Rs 49 lakhs excluding registrations and the expected possession date is by November 2015.
