You are lucky if you have not invested in this property.
Please do not buy any property from this builder. Fraud builder. People are waiting since 3 years. There is no handover till today. Lots of work pending from builder end. Signing authority people are not responding to calls or mails. Its marketing manager was Pankaj Kumar Singh he is a fraudster. He will take you to show sun and moon. This year may be fooling other people in some other project.
I am requesting all people in this forum to suggest what can be done if builder is not listening to flat owners and association. Is there any law or rule from BBMP to penalize these kind of builders or if their license can be seized.

I could not find any kind of information about this project @ Sachin, what about the approvals?

Banks like HDFC, Axis and LIC have approved KK Spring Garden but there is no information about which local authority have approved it.

KK Spring Garden is an ongoing project and it is expected to get completed by 2015. The projects offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments and the rate per sqft quoted is Rs 3700.
