Horrible customer service

Q: Hello all,
We bought a flat from Unitech Properties group at their Unitech Akshaya project AkshayaNagar. Their marketing techniques are amazing, they promise you many things (which turn out to be lies). Till the flat is sold, you will be contacted regularly, all your queries answered quickly, all works will be closed. Once flat is sold, their closure for any of your concerns are very pathetic. Its been a year that Unitech Akshaya was completed for possession and we all apartment owners have problems that are still not completely resolved. The way they interact before sale and after sale is horrible.
Carefully make your purchase, ensure that your flat is completely ready before you make full payment. Deal/ interact with them clearly.
