Q: I was thinking of booking a plot in this project. Please help me with the availability, price details and approvals.

Is it worth investing in this villa plot project? People who have booked property with Confident Group please share your review.

I feel it is worth investing in this project because it is close to Whitefield and the project is surrounded by good schools. The area is also developing rapidly. Moreover it is a project by Confident Group which is known as one of the top builders in Bangalore real estate market

There are only two types of villa plots available for sale in this project 11 sqft and 1200 sqft. West facing plots will cost you Rs 2200 per sqft and east facing will cost you Rs 2300 per sqft. It has got approval from banks like ICICI and Axis.

Okay!!! How much is the booking amount and which government authority has approved the project?

The booking amount if I am not wrong then it is Rs 1 lakh and local body APA has approved the project. I heard that plots in Confident Aries 3 was sold in just 6 hours....
