I want to know if Cauvery water is available in this project? Cauvery water connection is available in many apartments but still BWSSB has not let the water to these apartments. Only connections are available.. Is this apartment also having same issue or we have Cauvery water. We checked in person and did not find the cauvery water coming in.. Can anyone help us with this query?

What is the present price they are quoting and how much do we have to pay for booking an apartment? Which all banks have approved the project?

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4225 which is negotiable and for booking you have to pay Rs 1 lakh. All leading banks have approved the project.

MR Classic is an ongoing project by MR Developers. The project is expected to get completed by end of this year. The project has got approval from BBMP and they are going to provide A Khata.

Will there be Cauvery Water connection in this project? How many flats and blocks are planned in this project?

Yes cauvery water connection is there and there will be 48 apartments in two blocks with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The size of the apartment ranges from 1020 sqft to 1470 sqft.
