Hi Sai,
I also got to know about special payment plan of Courtyard project by Amrapali builder. This special plan is 20:20:20:20:20 payment plan. Well this plan is like:-
On booking- 20%,
Within 120 days from booking- 20%,
On start of 12th floor (i.e middle floor) - 20%,
Completion of Super structure- 20%,
At the time of possession- 20%.

Hi Mr Sai,

As per my knowledge, builder quoted price is around 3400/sq-ft (as per flexi plan). But floor wise this price will increase,like 15/per-floor. This project has approval from GNIDA. Banks approving loan are Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharastra, Corporation Bank, UCO Bank & Canara Bank. Possession of this project will be around 2018 Jan. This project was launched nearly 3months back.
