Latest Answer: Yes, construction is hugely delayed by builder. Builder is giving great problem, buyers are suffering. Due to this I want to sell my 1bhk at booking price of ₹3104 in aug. 2013. Till March 2017 only 8 floor structure is raised out of 28 floor building and possession date is Dec. 2018. Work is very very slow. The above reviews by zuned are certainly misleading.

From this sector you will have direct connection to sector 78 by proposed hindon river bridge. Pinoneer Junior High school is around 15mins from this project. Connectivity point of view, Patwari Bus stop is around 3km from this project . This sector-1 is having a bright future in upcoming time, as it is developing & already connected to Noida & Greater Noida.

Latest Answer: Never Buy any project of Brys, I had invested in May 2014 and project has been scrapped by Brys but booking amount was not returned to me. On lots of follow up they issues a post dated cheque and that cheque bounced due to insufficient amount in his account and I am still waiting for my invested money to be back.

Check taken by Builder. Now after cancellation of unit not returning our booking amount + bank loan payment to bank.

As per my knowledge, this project has special payment plan. In this payment plan you have to pay 10% for booking. With in 30 days from booking - Pay 30% . After completion of structure - Pay 30%. And at the time of possession- Pay 30%. This is also known as 10:30:30:30 plan.

With in 60 days of booking-10% of total cost,
On casting of raft- 10% of total cost,
On casting of basement- 10% of total cost,
On casting of 2nd & 7th floor slab- 5% of total cost,
On casting of 12th , 17th, 22nd & 27th floor slab- 7% of total cost,
On casting of roof top slab- 7% of total cost,
On start of external plaster- 10% of total cost,
On offer of possession- 5% of the total sot.
