Maa Enrich by Maa Group is a residential projects strategically located at Malad East, Mumbai offers 2/3 BHK flats. It's sizes are 1000 sq-ft. in 2BHK and 1500 sq-ft in 2BHK. But sorry to say that all the flats have been sold out only few builders flats are available. It is G+15 storeys apartment consists 52 units.

What will be the cost of 2BHK and it's rate per square feet? What is the current property rate is going on in the locality?

A 2BHK in Maa Enrich will cost to you Rs. 1.05 crore all exclusive, @Rs. 10500/sq-ft. whereas the price in the locality is Rs. 14000/sq-ft. So seeing the locality price, it is not a bad deal.

As you have mentioned that only the builders floor are available for sale, i think they will rate it higher. Can you suggest some similar projects in the locality?

Buying property should be your own decision. I can not insist you to buy. Some similar projects in the locality i would say that Fressia Ranibello by K B Group, Omkar Alta Monte by Omkar Group, Mauli Sai by Pride Group and Sagar Heights by Sagar Developers.
