what if the last agreement is registered and earlier was unregistered ?

Q: I have received, agreements between i) M/s. MNODevelopments to Dayanand Sharma (stamp duty paid is zero) and ii) Dayanand Sharma toMr. & Mrs. Jain (executed on Rs. 5 stamp paper) are unregistered. The gift deed (i.e. thelast deed) is registered and duty paid. What corrective action should be taken to correctthe defect of unregistered agreements?
