Q: I am planned to book a 2BHK flat in Bella Casa phase 2. Anyone who book units in this project, please let me know is this project is good for investment?
hi Priyanka, bad decision of investing in this project. the builder is big lier. the residents of phase 1 are facing very serious issues. residents tolerance level is passed , all protest in front of sales office on Sundays. recently a resident was brutally beaten by landowners goons.now they are threatened by builder to not to launch police complaint . the goons have builders full support, builder didn't took any action on security . residents are still struggling for basic amenities like water and electricity.
I have no doubt in terms of location that you will get good appreciation..
We have a flat in Beverly Hills (rachanas) Just 500 mts aaways from Bella casa. This was bought during 2009 for 55 L ..the currently I can see that resale falts getting sold for 80 L now..that is 45 % increase in 6 yrs . Ensure that site is visited and everythng got clarified before booking the property

Hi Nitesh, I think you are absolutely correct, but in my observation Residential demand in this region witness strong growth due to the proximity to the IT belt and Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. Yes, and is the more preferred of these localities because of its relative proximity to the city center, but in coming to few yrs banners also seems like next residential hubs.

Hi, Rachana Bella CASA, design for the residential project is going to develop in 2 Phases. 1st phase is already completed and almost 70 family is living in this project. 2nd phase is under construction and expected possession date is May 2016.
Hi Priyanka, Recently I have visited the project site and I had a healthy discussion with the builder and he quoted Rs 5800 per sq ft rate and he is not ready to negotiate. Projects are launched 2 and half years back and phase 1 is ready for moves position. In my observation construction, quality is good and once should invest in this project without fear.
