Hi Saurabh, According to GDA Vice chairman, Vijay Yadav, the proposed old age home, to be spread more than 3,000 square meters, will give residents 24Hrs tight security and caretakers will indulge their basic needs as well as medical emergencies. For this they need to pay some fixed amount of money , which they can shoulder by renting a part of their homes.
According to sources, GDA vice-chairman Vijay Yadav also announced that there will be guest house in the facility too.Consultancy firms have been welcomed by the GDA to come up with design recommendations. However, Ghaziabad Development Authority will give primary priority to safety & comfort of old people.

As per latest news, the Ghaziabad Development Authority will develop a multi-story old age home in Vaishali. The office will be supplied with every single high tech modern facility & amenities. A few elderly couples are living alone as their youngsters live abroad or far from them. Maintenance of their homes and security is a primary issue. Cases in which servants loot and kill senior citizen employers continue surfacing in the city.
