Q: Connectivity from skytech magadh is good as its located close to the link road, hence reaching anywhere seems easy and convenient. This is the major reason that we planned to relocate as earlier being in Faridabad, it seemed quite tedious to even reach office.

This is a Ghaziabad Development Authority approved project. This project is very much suitable for end users as well as investors. There are many features in this project which can not be underestimated. Such as wide roads, Fire Fighting arrangement, 24Hrs security, 4 lifts, In house shopping center,Club house, Swimming pool, Gym, Rain water Harvesting, Intercom, Community Hall, Health facilities & Maintenance staff.

This location is children friendly, many reputed schools are near to this project. Many food stores, restaurants are also available here. Mahagun Metro Mall, PVR, Shiv Shakti Temple, Punjab National Bank & Patanjali Stores are some of major landmarks in this area near to this project.

According to sources, Vaishali has known as a popular residential destination in NCR, for middle class buyers. Good connectivity , road connecting to NH-24 is another reason why this place is becoming a demanding location in NCR, now a days.
