Q: I've booked a flat in SLS Silicon Valley 2 weeks ago after looking around. I want to know how reliable able this builder is, their historic on-time & quality delivery, the potential of Belathur as a location & any specific issues about this project I should be aware of. I booked in Block 1 as they said all blocks will be delivered together. Yesterday they said it will be delayed as management decided to sell it as phase 2.
Guys , Please donot book any flat any thing here in this project. Myself already flat owner of this project in A block. During booking they have promised they will give the entrance according to the plan. For selling flat in ground floor they have block our entrance , so now we r feeling cheated by builder. Before booking 100 times think in this project.
Hey all, I have bought this on june 2015 and checked with my advocate for legal things and found no problems... i have my frns who bought from this builder in other projects as well.. so found it good.
Initially builder said that he have CC for silicon valley project but when i went to book the flat, marketing guy refused to give CC and said builder will give fine while taking occupancy certificate but as i discussed with lawyer builder will not get occupancy certificate with CC .Builder has constructed building without CC(Commencement Certificate). This is completely illegal.
Hello guys, i am planning to book a flat in SLS silicon valley. While looking for reviews on SLS builder, i could find a flood of negative reviews. And i am totally confused whether to go ahead with this builder or not. Several people have reported bad quality and poor customer service by SLS developers. Any suggestion on it?

Excellence project at this location...with all legal documents placed... 250 apartments... Only need to see how the builder will keep their promises...!! Possession by July next yr as per their voice...😊
Locality is very promising... metro sation is planned in kadugodi that will be hardly 10 minutes of walk... The project is near to the main road (Belthur to Domasandra to NH4) and the area fully residential area.. all residential flats are coming up... near by super market is opended recetly... all daily commodities are easily available... Mount litera Zee school is within 1 KM distance... I felt area is good for end use...(This is based on my research and understanding) If you want you can research the area and check if you like it or not ! All the best :)

The estimated possession date of the project is by mid of 2016. Yes they are going to implement Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain Water Harvesting. Water supply will be from bore well.
Please let me know if the project is good at this price? and also is all the legal things are ok? are they going to mention that they will give OC nd indiv A-khata tranfered in owners name??

I have not read or heard about any issues in this project. The project has got all the necessary approvals like BBMP approvals, bank approvals and it is a A Khata property.
