Which all banks have approved the project and which local body has approved the plan? What is the total land area and how many units are planned?

As far as I know Indiabulls and LIC Housing Finance have approved the project. Malur Planning Authority have approved the project. The project is spread over 10 acres of land and there will be 84 units in this project.
