Hey Priotosh, How much is the booking amount I have to pay to book a plot in this project and how is the payment plan works in this project.

For booking a plot in this project you have to pay Rs 1 lac, at the time of agreement you have to pay 25% of the total amount and 75% you can go for bank loan

The project is in pre launch stage and they are quoting Rs 1700 per sqft as pre launch offer. The project is spread over 12.5 acres of land and has got approved by BMRDA.

When is the project getting launched and which all banks have approved the project? Any idea how many plots will be there?

They are planning to launch the project by next month. Banks like SBI, ICICI, Axis and LIC Housing Finance have approved the project. Asset Bliss will have 120 plots.
