Q: I heard that the builder is offering apartments at a very reasonable price. Any idea if the builder is going to provide OC and A Khata for this project?
Right now the price of a 2 bhk here will cost you around Rs 34.5 lakhs approximately with all the modern amenities such as gym, multi purpose hall, children's play area, ample covered car parking, roof top garden, senior citizen lounge, rain water harvesting etc
The project is surrounded by many reputed educational institutions such as Delhi Public School, Ryan International school, Whitefield Global School, GreenWood High school, The Deen's Acedamy etc.
Good hospitals are also available with a drive of 5 mins to 20 mins such as Vydehi Hospital, Satya Sai Hospital, Columbia Asia, Yashomati Hospital, Cloud Nine and Sankara Eye Hospital.
Isn't it risky to buy a property not having OC? Any idea how much is the booking price and what is the number of units coming up in this project? What is the total land area?
Rs 1 lakh is the booking amount what they are asking for. There will be a total of 55 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk. The project is spread over 15,000 sqft of land.
Actually it is risky to buy a property without Occupancy Certificate but it seems the builder is going to provide CC.
Hello Abhy, The builder is not going to provide Occupancy Certificate and A Khata because deviation is there, They are going to built Penthouses in terrace. Yes no doubt the price they are quoting is quite affordable.
The rate per sqft going on is Rs 2800 which is the basic price. The project has been approved by BBMP and banks like LIC Housing Finance, HDFC & SBI. The project is already launched and they have started with the construction work as well. The expected possession date of the project is by end 2016.
