What is the rate per sqft going on in this project and which local body has approved the project? How much is the booking amount they are asking for?

Currently the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 4400. The project have been approved by BMRDA and the booking amount they are asking is Rs 2 lacs.

The project is located at Off Sarjapur on Chikka Tirupathi Road NH207. There will be 250 villas spread over 44 acres development.
