How much they are asking for booking amount and how is the payment plan procedure? It will be great if some one can give some feedback about the locality.
Booking amount you have to pay Rs 2 lakhs for 2 BHK and Rs 3 lakhs for 3 BHK. 20% of the payment within 15 days of booking, balance construction linked after launch of project.

As per my knowledge, the project is 16.9 kms from Railway Station, 6 kms from Kanakapura Metro Station, Top IT Giants like HCL are just 6 kms away and Fortis and Apollo hospitals just 3 kms
