It seems the project offers only 4 bhk apartments. How much will be the price of a 4 bhk and what is the rate per sqft the builder is quoting as of now? How big is the project?

The price of a 4 bhk will cost you around Rs 2 crores but the price may go up depending on the size of apartment you are buying. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 6250 and it is spread over 33,000 sqft of land

Amenities provided in this project are as follows: Infinity Pool On The Top Floor, Lounge Deck On The Top Floor, Concierge Desk, Heath Studio (Gym), House Keeping,Doctor On Call, Chef On Call, Valet Parking, Changing Rooms, Health Spa, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam, Massage Centre, Guest Rooms and much more.

Redifice The Cove is an ongoing project and the builder is going to provide Occupancy Certificate and A Khata. The project is expected to get completed by another 24 months.

Is it a BBMP approved project? Which all baks have approved the project? How many units are coming up and what about water connection?

Yes the project has been approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC, ICICI. There will be 56 units, 4 units each floor. For now two bore wells are there for water supply
