Q: I called Gruha Kalyan Lotus. They said BBMP approval is pending. Also the property is priced too cheap for that area compared to other builders. Is it reliable/ genuine property ?

Hi Snageetha, As per my knowledge the project is in pre launch and all the approvals are under process. If you are planning to book a property in this project check all the necessary documents, builder track record and if possible go and visit some of their completed projects for construction quality.
