Swimming pool usage at IDEB Springfields.

Q: Are swimming pools actively used? One of them was dry when I visited recently - was this for maintenance or are the pools not used actively?

IDEB Springfields is a completed project. Residents must be using swimming pool, may be when you visited the project, the pool was under maintenance. You should have talked with the residents or the management regarding the same.
