Please understand this...if its the same one...they are fake ones...their so called project will not even be present at the location they show after 2-3 months. Talking out of personal experience.

Thanks for sharing your review and feedback about the builder. When I inquired about the project, the concern person told me that the builder have completed two projects namely The Natural Equation and Cleartitle The Rare Earth in Sarjapur Road.

Comment

The project is well access to Bus Stops, Railway Stations and Sarjapur Road. It has access to Workplaces like Wipro Limited and Malls. But is far from Metro Stations and Hospitals :( :( Home buyers have their own vehicle can opt for this project

The Little City is located at Kalahalli, just 10 Km from WIPRO's corporate campus, off Sarjapur Road, near Dommasandra Circle. The project is expected to get completed by 2016 end. There will be 37 villas in this project.

Cleartitle are a small company offering a personal construction and based in Bangalore. They are good builder and have completed one project, 4 project are under different level of construction.

Payment Plan is as follows: On Execution of Agreements ( Incl Booking Amt ) 25%
On Completion of Foundation 15%
On Completion of 1st Slab 15%
On Completion of 2nd Slab 15%
On Completion of Block work in respective Villa 5%
On Completion of Plastering work in respective Villa 5%
On Completion of flooring work in respective Villa 5%
On Completion of fixing of Doors & windows frames in respective Villa 5%
On Completion of painting work in respective Villa 5%
On Possession / At the time of Registration 5%
