Compare SNN Raj Greenbay & SNN Raj Etternia

Q: SNN Raj Greenbay at Electronic City Phase 2 & SNN Raj Etternia at Haralur Road. Which is the good area to live in of the two? Which is a good project for end users. Even though I am considering one of these projects to live in, it will also be helpful to know which one will good from investment point of view.

Thanks Venugopalan & Chetan.

SNN Raj Greenbay does not seem to have Cauvery water. It has only borewell water and tank. Will that be a problem in future?

Water crisis will be a problem in Bangalore in coming days. People in E City are facing the issue and they are dependent on tankers.

Harlur is a very prime location to live for and have good connectivity to other parts of the city by ORR, E- city and Sarjapur road.. The area is very safe to stay with a family. But the only disadvantage is that the area is having a very narrow roads which might create traffic congestion in the future when the area is fully developed.

Haralur road is well connected to all shopping malls, schools, main road, hospital and offices. It is center to all major places like HSR layout, Electronic city, Sarjapur road and Silk board.

If you are looking for a long term investment you can consider EC Phase 2 as this area will take time for development and till now no reputed builders have come up with their project. EC Phase II is getting developed slowly and the real estate is also booming. Once the proposed PRR gets functional you can expect a good return from Phase II

If you are planning for end use purpose I would suggest you to go for Haralur Road because the locality is well connected and proximity is also good compare to Electronic City Phase II.
