Jalahalli West is bustling with numerous ongoing residential projects. The completion of these projects will catalyses the development of the residential market in the area.

The proposed Bengaluru-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, which is expected to link Bengaluru to Mumbai, will enhance the industrial activity along Tumkur Road. This in turn will bring in ample opportunities for growth in the area, and will transform Jalahalli West into a well-developed locality.

PrinceTown Royale has got approval from BBMP, Bescom, BWSSB and all the major banks. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4680 and a compact 3 bhk will cost you around Rs 89 lakhs.

How many units & towers are coming up in this project? How is the connectivity to other parts of the city?

There will a total of 76 units and it is a 16 stories single tower. The project is well connected because it is just 1.7 kms from Peenya Terminal, elevated expressway on Tumkur Road and NICE Expressway connecting to South Bangalore.

Hey Pratap, Recently I enquired about the price details and they are quoting the same i'e Rs 4680 per sqft. Its been almost one year they have not increased the price, what do you think is it worth buying a property here.

PrinceTown Royale is an ongoing project by Kumar Properties and the project offers 3 bhk apartments with area ranging from 1584 sqft to 1773 sqft and 3 bhk Penthouses with size ranging from 2376 sqft to 2869 sqft. The project is expected to get completed by end of 2017

Yeah even they told me the same about the possession date. As far as I know amenities provided in this project are as follows Club House.
Swimming pool.
Gymnasium.
Children’s Park.
Landscaped Podium.
Jogging Track
