With such low ethics (see details below), how will they do justice to the services they promise to offer?

Q: We had purchased one unit in Tower 6 already and went to visit our property today. We have already taken care of the payments and wanted to plan the closing. We went there at 5.15pm, but were treated like some unwelcome people, and sent back at the gate, saying the office closed at 5pm. Is this the way to treat a buyer? I wish someone had guided us with some basic information and a plan to meet them the next time - instead we were disrespectfully sent away. The receptionist there (Mr.Mohan) and his boss (Ms.Devyani) went to the extent of saying you can go and complain wherever you want. I am guessing they are used to treating clients rudely so they could not see the difference. We were shocked by this experience. It is a shame and really wish people learn to respect people. They could have been gentle with us and we would have become proud members of the community and referred more people. Instead this incident left a very bad taste with us. Really wish we were not associated with such an organization.

Hi Anish, I live just behind S&S and can see the construction progress rapidly day by day. They are using cement blocks for their construction. A prestige bella vista owners welfare association is also being formed to keep buyers informed of happenings of the project and share concerns and progress etc

Is this project approved by CMDA? It will be fine if someone confirms it. What is the cost of the project? I mean safe and this is my first property selection and I am very confused while buying property? Someone help me.

Builder obtains approval from CMDA for this project. You have selected best project in the Chennai market so if you are really looking to purchase apartment in this project, I would suggest my recommendation, go ahead. Current rate per sq ft is Rs 6500 per sq ft and they are offering some discount depending upon your requirement.

Hi, Last weekend we have visited Bella Vista with an open mind. We liked the location, amenities and floor plan, ended up booking a flat there. We heard good feedback about Prestige as a builder, so builder wise we felt comfortable. I observe a few advantages over Grande: larger open area & more amenities, better finish in my opinion compared to Olympia, no worries regarding possible leather factories etc, closer to key Chennai areas and good hospitals nearby. However, Grande has much better train/road connectivity, easy OMR access so possibly higher rent, best access to airport.

One of the disadvantages of BV is lack of train connectivity..Proposed metro link is there but some litigation to start project. Prestige Bella Vista has been approved by the CMDA. Yes, Prestige Bella Vista has been approved by all leading HFIs.

Hi All, I am planning to book an apartment in prestige bella vista and the rate they are quoting is quite high. I am ok with the resale unit also so if any one want to sell unit in this project let me know.. I am planning for tower three 2.5 bhk appt.

Hi Srinavas, I personally feel that On Main Road project is being taken too seriously. sometimes being 1/2 km from main road but in good areas would be better off than on-road projects in remote areas! I think you can look around Porur and Arcot Road near Porur as this area is more sure to get corporation water drainage than other far areas.

I think you can also try S & S as its much before Iyyanpanthangal and is similar price. Plus it is very near to Ramapuram and Arcot Road which are buzzing neighborhoods. Select those area which proper water and drainage system and connectivity..
