With such low ethics (see details below), how will they do justice to the services they promise to offer?
Q: We had purchased one unit in Tower 6 already and went to visit our property today. We have already taken care of the payments and wanted to plan the closing. We went there at 5.15pm, but were treated like some unwelcome people, and sent back at the gate, saying the office closed at 5pm. Is this the way to treat a buyer? I wish someone had guided us with some basic information and a plan to meet them the next time - instead we were disrespectfully sent away. The receptionist there (Mr.Mohan) and his boss (Ms.Devyani) went to the extent of saying you can go and complain wherever you want. I am guessing they are used to treating clients rudely so they could not see the difference. We were shocked by this experience. It is a shame and really wish people learn to respect people. They could have been gentle with us and we would have become proud members of the community and referred more people. Instead this incident left a very bad taste with us. Really wish we were not associated with such an organization.

Have you got the stamped copy of the plan?
Q: They haven't got the stamped copy of the plan from the panchayat of what ever dept they are dealing with. we have not got the signed agreements yet because of this as it is an important aspect of the agreement.

Will they give the original of NOC during agreement signing?
Q: I booked a flat.. and this downlines... is this true..and will they give the original of NOC during agreement signing?
BUYER BEWARE- don't get blown away with the beautiful model apartments and prestige's reputation.The clients who come to book their dream, Bella vista apartments are not informed of a stupendous mortgage existing against the very same plot on which Bella vista is to be completed by 2015- an 80 Crore mortgage .. Ask for the original of their latest encumbrance certificate- and verify with a competent lawyer. What's more- they not only conceal the information about the mortgage,but also refuse to produce a legal N.O.C. from the Lender, to the client, during agreement signing-which is the legal right of the client.

Bella Vista UDF registration.
Q: Prestige says that they will register the UDF of Bella Vista only after completion of project. This makes the investor jittery. What if they go bankrupt during construction? What is the safety of our investment? Already there are rumours about Bella Vista and the promoter Ratha group. Is that true?
