Have you got the stamped copy of the plan?

Q: They haven't got the stamped copy of the plan from the panchayat of what ever dept they are dealing with. we have not got the signed agreements yet because of this as it is an important aspect of the agreement.

Hi ..i heard they are already done with all the agreements. Just check with other owners also..if they got signed agreement or not !

Guys..would suggest you take care of all documents and proof..and do it all carefully. There many builders who do fraud things..
