Hey It is peaceful and green locality. Surrounded by a lot of schools, hospitals. Good water table with less pollution. Ideal place for family. It is well connected to airport & Koyambedu bus stand.

@Balwinder: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 1bhk will be Rs 30 lakhs for 600 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 70 lakhs for 1166 sq ft, for 2.5 bhk it would be Rs 90 lakhs for 1494 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 1.08 cr for 1804 sq ft and for 4bhk it would be Rs 1.57 cr for 2277 sq ft.

When can I expect the completion date of the project ?? What about the negotiations ?? Are they giving any negotiations ?

@Balwinder: The completion date of the project will be by march 2015. For negotiations you should be talk to builder directly, I think they will give very slight negotiations.

Hello Ravi: the project is located in Porur. Porur is a well surrounded locality in Chennai. Major hospitals like SRMC & MIOT is within close quarters and major schools are in and around the locality. All the facilities are available in this locality. It will be good for investments as well.
