Srimitra Lifestyle - Value for money

Q: I have been struggling to buy a good home in bangalore after hearing many issues from my friends and colleagues about the construction quality in bangalore.

I found one a couple of wks back and I am very much impressed with the quality and the folds who are actually running the show over there. The project is names as Srimitra Lifestyle, owned by Srimitra construction company which is well established both in bangalore and hyderabad.

I visited the property with my family and the construction is 100 % vasthu. Price quoted is also reasonable. A real value for money.

Mr. JKReddy the one who we meet is cool to deal with,friendly and very honest about what they give. It is worth taking a look at the project.

The locality is still in the early stages of development, with large land parcels available for future development. Its great connectivity to the city, and its close proximity to the IT hub of Manyata Tech Park is instrumental in its growth.

Proximity: 35 kms approx from Airport, 10 kms from MG Road, 7kms from Manyata Tech Park, 8.7 kms from Phoenix Market City, 14 kms to ITPL.

Currently the builder is quoting Rs 4000 per sqft. The project has got approval from BBMP and all the major banks. The builder is going to provide Occupancy Certificate, Commencement Certificate and A khata

The project is under construction and the expected possession date is by mid of 2018. The builder is asking Rs 2 lakhs as the booking amount.

Hi Lekshmi,
Prices in this property has different varients. Starting from Rs.4000 persqft, 4225 per sqft, 4500 per sqft.
Currently builder is offering 10% off as prelaunch offer. This project is approved by SBI,LIC,HDFC. 2Lakhs is the booking amount asked. They are providing OC. Including grace period handover of the project is end of may2018. Builder has started footings now.
