Recently I came across svs trendsquare precioso at horamavu. Builder has recently completed many projects - svs windgates, svs palms, svs anandanilaya.
However I saw few old bad reviews. How is the builder doing recently ? How is the construction quality ?

Q: Respected Sir,

I am here to consult an issue that i am in. I have booked a flat in a flat scheme named Mirabillis in Bangalore and booked the flat from the Owners share (Dinesh Ranka Associates). I am moving abroad and since i need money to process my Visa and cover other expenses i cannot afford to continue this flat any further.

As of now i have only paid the booking amount and the Agreement date was scheduled in 1st week next month i.e. Oct 2016. I have presented my request to Dinesh Ranka Associates requesting to refund my money however they have mentioned over an email that the advance is not refundable.

I initially signed a form that has basic information about the society and the cheque's details that i gave. This agreement wasnt registered. it was just a form that i signed.

upon reading the terms and conditions, it says that Cancellation fees will be 5% of the total sale value.

My question is,

1) How do i proceed from there?
2) does a non registered form signed by me can make me liable to pay the 5% cancellation fee?
3) Does the builder stand any grounds in not returning me the Advance i paid, as they claim?

Latest Answer: One of my acquaintance had pre-booked a 3BHK flat in this project and he's very disappointed with the builder and the management team is very unresponsive. He had to cancel the booking because even after his prepayment the project did not have approvals even after 6 months from the payment and asked for a refund. Despite following up with them multiple times they were un-accommodative but somehow he finally got the refund. Q: I have been struggling to buy a good home in bangalore after hearing many issues from my friends and colleagues about the construction quality in bangalore.

I found one a couple of wks back and I am very much impressed with the quality and the folds who are actually running the show over there. The project is names as Srimitra Lifestyle, owned by Srimitra construction company which is well established both in bangalore and hyderabad.

I visited the property with my family and the construction is 100 % vasthu. Price quoted is also reasonable. A real value for money.

Mr. JKReddy the one who we meet is cool to deal with,friendly and very honest about what they give. It is worth taking a look at the project.

Q: I am planning to buy Apartment in VM Serenity .I want to know feedback about experience and quality of construction from the people already taken apartment in this project or people who are already moved in..Thanks in advance!!
Latest Answer: I have purchased 2 BHK last year . Now it is almost completed construction and gave the possession letter. They asked me to complete interior they they can do the second quote paint. However after completing woodwork they denied saying it is already completed. Such un ethical business behaviour they have.

Q: I checked with few existing buyers of Sycon Cressida, buyers are not really happy with the progress. All mentioned deadlines are missed and Sycon Construction Management is not willing to commit any dates. My friend told me, management is harsh every time they ask for completion date. Project was suppose to be completed by OCT'12 and still look very far from completion. My friend hardly see any people working at the site. Also i am doubtful if Sycon Cressida has got all required NOCs from all Safety departments.

Though few of the registrations are done but i am not sure how and when they are planning to give possesion.

I would suggest go for some ready to occupy property. They will cost you 2-4 L extra but you can get immediate possesion.
Latest Answer: No Abhishek i have not bought but my friend has bought 3 BHK. He is really frustrated with the delay and hurdles coming up. He was saying Sycon Cressida has not yet recieved NOCs and may take another 3-4 month for completion.
