This is not spread over 4 acres. I have booked one flat there. There is one other property just located backside to this. They both share the same landowner and combining both it will be more than 4 acres. As Murali mentioned, there are no common walls.

The project is under construction and the expected possession date is by end of 2018. The project has got approval from BBMP and all the major banks. The builder is going to provide Occupancy Certificate, Commencement Certificate and A khata

Sri Mitra Lifestyle is spread over 4 acres of land and there will be 206 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. It is a B+G+8 upper floors structure. They are going to provide BWSSB Connection and 6 bore-wells for water supply. All the flats will have three sides open with No Common Walls.
