Q: I want to know what is the rate builder quoting as of now as I am planning to buy a 2 bhk apartment in this project. Also let me know the booking amount.

This is not spread over 4 acres. I have booked one flat there. There is one other property just located backside to this. They both share the same landowner and combining both it will be more than 4 acres. As Murali mentioned, there are no common walls.
