I am new to this forum. I am looking for 2 BHK flat in Keshavnagar. I just visit Mitribute Vihana Project and it looks fine to me. Can you please share your views about this project/builder if you have any idea or booked the flat in this project.

The Mundhwa-Keshav Nagar stretch is among the many areas in East Pune, which has attract the attention of real estate developers. This less than a kilometre stretch is a fast developing location, as it offers a convenient drive to the citys central business district, Camp and the Pune railway station.

Boss - Appreciation is not only doubling your money.Before buying in Keshavnagar river side make sure all the document and land are clear land , I hear that most of the land in this area are not approved.

Hello Rohit, As per my knowledge the average price trends in this area is approx 5500 per sq ft and Area has good connectivity to Magarpatta, Kharadi and Kalyaninagar.
