When Phase II is expected to get completed? What is the rate per sqft going on and how much do I have to pay for booking a property here?

They have not started with Phase II. Current rate per sqft going is Rs 2300. You have to Rs 50,000 if you are looking for end use purpose and Rs 12 lacs for investors.

If you are buying it for end use the cost of row house will be around Rs 32 lakhs ( basic cost) but if you are buying from investment point of view it will cost you around Rs 25 lakhs.

Aratt Rolling Whites was launched in March 2015 and Phase I is expected to get completed by October 2016. Yes they are offering only 3 bhk row houses with size ranging from 1322 asft to 1388 sqft

Can I avail home from SBI for this project? Which local body has approved it? What will be the total number of units here?

I do not think you can avail loan from SBI for this project because only PNB has approved the project. There will be a total of 257 units and G+1 floor. BMRDA has approved the project.
