Q: Builder claims that he gives OC and CC. Does he really give ? is the builder trustworthy ? please throw some light on this.

The project offers 2,3 and 4 bhk apartments. What kind of property are you planning to buy?

Till date they have completed around 8 projects and 4 are in different level of construction. If you are planning to buy a property here do a back ground check and if possible try visiting few of their completed projects to get an idea of the construction quality.
