I live very close to Magnolia Mint and have been watching the progress..project is recently launched, but many people are coming to visit the site, I think 40% of total float is sold out in the past few days of launch. As per builder executive, the project is expected to complete till Dec 2018.

Hi, Recently I visited the project site and inquire about this project. As per builder sales executive, the current price is Rs 3200 per sq ft. When I talk about the discount, firstly he said the prices are fixed there is no discount, but later on they are ready to give some discount on per sq ft.

Hi Kaustav,Magnolia Mint is a newly launched project in affordable segment. This is a single apartment with 32 flat, G+4 floors. The project consists of 2 BHK (903,907 & 909) and 3 BHK (1165). In my understanding if you are looking for a simple residential project, then this is the best options for you. Projects are getting location advantages.

Hi Kaustav, The project site is very simple to trace. If you are coming from Rajarhat Road, Come directly to color more junction and from there you have to take a DPS school road, beside DPS you get the project site board. The project is located on the road so you need not worry about cross and turn.
