Yes there will be a resort spread over 4 acres of land with amenities like Restaurant, Clubhouse, Mandap, Swimming pool, Visitors parking, Overnight parking facility.

Have you booked a plot in this project? How big is the project and how many plots are coming up? How much will be the price of a plot?

No I have not booked any property but I have enquired about the same. The project is spread over 34 acres of land and the price of the plot ranges from 12 lakhs to Rs 20 lakhs approximately. Phase I is having 63 plots, Phase II is having 142 plots and Phase III will have 174 plots.

Hey Ganapati, Charmion Celestial Eco Habitats is a villa plot project by Charmion. The project is divided into three phases and it will have plot dimension ranging from 1500 sqft to 2400 sqft.

The project has got DTCP approval. You can avail bank loans from SBI & Tata Capital. The project is divided in to three phases. Phase I and Phase II is ready and Phase III is in pre launch. The development is expected to be completed by end of 2016
