I had booked a flat in krishna construction in kharbhao of the same builder as the project had been stuck in between i wanted to withdraw my money but he is not returning my money.I have also filed a case against him yet the result has not come. We are a middle class people and our money is hard earned money.

The locality is well connected to rest of India by road and railway. New Panvel is just adjacent to the proposed Navi Mumbai International airport. A Reliance SEZ is also coming up in the vicinity. It has a number of schools, colleges and hospitals to meet the needs of its residents.
Hi Sashi, The current price quoted by the developer is Rs.3000/sq-ft. A 2BHK in 520 sq-ft. will cost you Rs.15.60 lacs whereas a 690 sq-ft will cost to you Rs. 20.70 lacs onward.
