The project is expected to get completed by March 2017 and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4100 plus taxes. The price of the apartment starts from RS 25 lakhs on wards.
I second you @Murali, The real estate market in this stretch is fast developing and lot of projects are coming up in this belt by reputed builders. You can expect a good return after 3 to 4 years.
Oh Okay!!! I think this is Altius Reality's first project. What about the approvals from banks and legal authorities? Is the builder going to provide A Khata and Occupancy Certificate?
Yes this is their first project... About approvals it was told to me that the project has got approval from BMRDA and HDFC home loan. It is a A Khata property and and gram panchayat is going to provide OC for this project.
Even I am planning to visit the site... Recently I have inquired about the project, the project is located at Sarjapur Attibele Road and close to the proposed Wipro and Infosys campus. It offers 1, 2, 2+Study and 3 bhk units with size ranging from 610 sqft to 1400 sqft.
